YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Joint Petition to Terminate Parental Rights and for Relative Adoption and Request for Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member During Pendency of Proceedings has been filed regarding the above-referenced adoptee. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JACK A. MORING, Florida Bar# 499160, Moring & Moring, P.A., 7655 West Gulf to Lake Highway, Suite 12, Crystal River, Florida 34429, the attorney for the Petitioners, within 30 days of 1st PUBLICATION DATE , 2026 and file the original with the clerk of this Court before service on the Petitioners or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.

Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office. You may review these documents upon request.
