NOTICE OF ACTION FOR AUTO NEGLIGENCE CASE TO: TO: MARKAILA SHAVON MOSBY, 55543 Reese Dr. Apt. 1, Fort Riley, KS 66442. YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for AUTO NEGLIGENCE CASE has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on GRACE ANNE LOIS BATTISTE, c/o MONICA TAIBL, ESQ., whose address is 4210 Valley Ridge Blvd., Suite 116, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 on or before April 25, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Duval County Clerk of Court 501 Adams Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 before service on the Plaintiff or immediately thereafter.
