By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the District Court of Washington County, Kansas in the above-captioned action, I will, on February 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. , offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash in hand, at the Washington County Courthouse, front steps, 214 C. St., Washington, Kansas 66968, the following-described real estate, to wit:
A tract of land in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 2 South, Range 2 East, of the 6 th P.M., in Washington County, Kansas, being more fully described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of said Section 13, point being marked with a  X 30 rebar with Aluminum Cap (w/AC); THENCE South 89 47 47 West along the South line of said Southeast Quarter for 495.00 feet to a  X 30 rebar with Plastic Cap (w/PC); THENCE North 89 47 47 East for 268.00 feet to a  X 30 rebar w/PC on the East line of said Southeast Quarter; THENCE South 000000 East for 241.21 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;


(commonly known as 2103 Liberty Road, Morrowville, KS 66958).


This real estate is taken as the property of defendants Adam DAngelo and Kelli DAngelo and is directed by the Order of Sale to be sold; and will be sold without appraisement to satisfy the Order of Sale, with a three (3) month period of redemption.
