DB250008752 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: 2020 WHITE CADILLAC SEDAN VIN # 1G6DP5RK4L0152501 & $750.00 US Currency NOTICE OF FORFEITUREPROCEEDINGS TO: MICHAEL O'BRIEN AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: 2020 WHITE CADILLAC SEDAN VIN # 1G6DP5RK4L0152501 & $750.00 US Currency was seized on or about June 14, 2025, at or near 955 S. Ridgewood Ave., Daytona Beach, Volusia County, Florida NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Sec. 932.704 et. seq., Florida Statutes, that the property described above was seized for forfeiture by the Daytona Beach Police Department, on the date and place stated above. The Property is being held by the Daytona Beach Police Department.
