gpn17 GDP5341 GDP5341 gpn17 CITY OF DULUTH NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY Pursuant to Section 36-37-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated and Article VI, Section 6.31, of the Duluth Charter, please be advised that the City of Duluth shall sell at public sale by on-line bidding to the highest bidder, 3 vehicles. Interested bidders may visit the GovDeals website at www.govdeals.com for questions and registration. Said sale will occur through the GovDeals on-line website at www.govdeals.com. Bidding will commence on 03/16/2026 at 09:00am. Any remaining vehicles will be held over for a subsequent auction every Monday thereafter until all vehicles are sold. Such sale shall be to the highest responsible bidder in an as is condition with no warranties of any nature, either expressed or implied, either as to merchantable title, quality or performance, and the City of Duluth shall have the right to reject any and all bids, or to cancel the proposed sale.
