PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ROCHELLE WILCOX COUNTY, GA SIDEWALK EXTENSION & IMPROVEMENTS PI#0018997 & 0018998 STILL WATERS ENGINEERING NO. # R1503.018 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Sidewalk Extension & Improvements will be received, by the City of Rochelle , at the Rochelle City Hall – 410 Stephens Street, Rochelle, GA 31079, until 11:00 AM local time on April 30, 2026 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of +/- 1,192 SY 4” Thick Concrete Sidewalk, +/- 37 SY 6” Thick Concrete, sidewalk removal, junction box, storm drainage piping, and grading. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Still Waters Engineering, 130 Veterinary Way Unit 2, Leesburg, GA 31763. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00
