PUBLIC NOTICE Request for Proposal (RFP) 2026-0017 Tree Trimming & Emergency Tree Debris Removal Services The Savannah Airport Commission hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for: RFP 2026-0017 Tree Trimming & Emergency Tree Debris Removal Services Solicitation Opening – Wednesday, April 15, 2026 Solicitation Closing – Friday, May 29, 2026 In order to provide a response to this RFP, all respondents must first register their company through the following link: https://savannahairport.bonfirehub.com. Responses will not be accepted via email or mail. For questions regarding vendor registration or instructions on bid submissions, please contact Christy Dixon @ cdixon@flysav.com.
