IN THE INTEREST OF: Minor child born in 2019 IN THE FAMILY COURT SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT Case No. 25-DR-02-1261 SUMMONS, NOTICE OF HEARING TO: James Judge Fry: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to answer the Summons, Notice of Hearing, Complaint in and to the minor children in this action, the original of which has been filed in the Aiken County Office of the Clerk of Court at 109 Park Ave., Aiken, SC 29801, on Dec 23, 2025, a copy of which will be delivered to you upon request; and to serve a copy of your answer to the complaint upon the attorney, Susanna Ringler, for the Plaintiff at 1410 Park Ave SE, PO Drawer 1268 Aiken, SC 29802, within thirty (30) days following the date of service upon you, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer the complaint within the time stated, the Plaintiff will apply for judgment by default against the Defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you have the right to be present and represented by an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint an attorney to represent you.
