NOTICE OF SUMMONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, Tatiana Sherman, mother, and anyone else claiming to have a parental interest in the above minor child. YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above styled dependency case is set for a hearing on June 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.. to address a motion filed by the child's current custodian, the Clarke County Division of Family and Children Services, seeking to be relieved of the obligation to provide reunification services to the mother, Tatiana Sherman. An order for service by publication was entered by the Court on March 12, 2026. A copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court at 325 Washington Street, Suite 210, Athens, Georgia 30601, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. exclusive of holidays. A free copy shall be available to the parents. Upon request, the copy will be mailed to the requester.
