CAFN: 26CV425 ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION The above and foregoing matter having come to the attention of the court pursuant to the Petitioner's Petition for Divorce and Motion for Notice by Publication, and after consideration of said Petition and Motion, and it appearing to the Court that the whereabouts and the address of the Respondent, Kevin Trent Heiney are unknown. It is FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that if no response is received from the Respondent, 30 days after publication, that an appropriate order relative to determination of the rights of said Respondent shall be entered by this court on the basis of the evidence submitted at the hearing in the Petition for Divorce.
