By Order Granting Motion for Service By Publication dated and filed on April 8, 2026, Defendants Estate of O.W. Thompson a/k/a Otis William Thompson, Estate of Helen Thompson, and all Unknown Heirs of O.W. Thompson a/k/a Otis William Thompson and Helen Thompson are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., filed a Verified Complaint for Reformation of Security Deed, Declaratory Judgment, Equitable Subrogation, and Equitable Relief on November 25, 2025, related to the real property located at 178 Bob O Link Drive, Columbus, Georgia 31906 (the "Property"), and is more particularly described as follows:
ALL THAT LOT, TRACT AND PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ALL OF LOT NUMBERED SIX (6), IN BLOCK LETTERED "J", GREENWOOD, AS SAID LOT IS SHOWN UPON A MAP OR PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION DATED JANUARY 16, 1956, MADE BY ALDRIDGE, MOON, RUSSELL & KING, CIVIL ENGINEERS, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, FOLIO 80-B IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, TO WHICH REFERENCE IS MADE FOR THE PARTICULAR LOCATION AND DIMENSIONS OF SAID LOT.
Defendants Estate of O.W. Thompson a/k/a Otis William Thompson, Estate of Helen Thompson, and all Unknown Heirs of O.W. Thompson a/k/a Otis William Thompson and Helen Thompson are hereby required to file an Answer with the Clerk of Muscogee County Superior Court in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order granting service by publication and serve a copy upon the Plaintiff's attorney as follows:
