SUMMONS AND NOTICE On February 23, 2026, a motion to modify and request to revoke guardianship has been filed with this court concerning the above-named child. THIS IS A SUMMONS REQUIRING YOU TO BE IN COURT subject to the provisions set forth in the instructions below regarding alternate appearance.
