IN THE JUVENILE COURT OF WHITFIELD COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA IN THE INTEREST OF: T.R.T.S CASE NO. 2600186 SEX: FEMALE AGE: 3 YEARS DOB: 09/19/2022 A Child Under 18 Years of Age NOTICE OF SUMMONS PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE GEORGIA STATE LAW TO: Any unknown, unnamed father You are hereby notified that a Petition seeking to terminate your parental rights to the above-named child was filed in the Juvenile Court of Whitfield County, Georgia on April 10, 2026. The ground for termination is that the children are dependent under O.C.G.A. §15-11-2 and O.C.G.A. §15-11-310. A copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Whitfield County Juvenile Court located at 205 N. Selvidge Street, Dalton, Georgia.
