CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 25-CS-545 ORDER Plaintiff having moved the Court for an Order directing service to be made upon Defendant Noh Moonhwhan in the above-styled action by publication of summons, and it appearing by Affidavit that Defendant Noh Moonwhan on whom services is to be made in this case cannot, after due diligence, be found within the State, has departed from the State, or conceals his self to avoid service, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that service be made by publication as provided by law.
