NOTICE OF SUMMONS - SERVICE BY PUBLICATION PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A. § 23-3-65 (b) TO: VIOLA NELSON, DENNIS BRYAN LEWIS, BENNETT HODGE, III, ANNIE BOSTICK, PATRICIA WHITE, ETHEL HODGE GREEN, ALFONZO HODGE, THE HEIRS OF ALVIN HODGE, THE HEIRS OF BENNETT HODGE, JR. AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS "ALL THE WORLD", WHO MIGHT CLAIM ADVERSELY TO PETITIONER'S TITLE IN AND TO THAT PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2009 HUDSON STREET, SAVANNAH, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA, 31415. You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to quiet title in favor of Petitioner to real property and improvements located at 2009 Hudson Street, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, 31415, also known as Parcel No. 20026-04009 according to the records of the Chatham County Tax Assessor, was filed on October 1, 2024, in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Eastern Judicial Circuit, Civil Action File No. SPCV24-01135-MI. If you believe that you have a claim adverse to the Petitioner's Petition to Establish Title Against All the World Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 23-3-60, et seq., you are hereby commanded to be and appear at the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of Chatham County within thirty (30) days of the final publication of this notice for the purpose of appearing in this case and, by virtue of the Superior Court of Chatham County's Order for Service by Publication, entered on December 29, 2025, to file with the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County and serve upon J.
