TEN (10) OF VILLAGE PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ST SIMONS ISLAND, GLYNN COUNTY, GEROGIA, AND BEING KNOWN AS GLYNN COUNTY, GEORIGA TAX PARCEL NO. 04-04677. John Does, as unknown heirs, executors, and administrators of the Estate of Irene W. Elzey; and 2. John Does, as Unknown Parties with an Interest in the Property.  TAKE NOTICE THAT filed, on January 7, Bern, LLC 2026, in the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, a Verified Petition to Establish Title Against All the World against the above-captioned property and all parties, known and unknown, the particulars of which are set forth in the Petition on file with the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia.
