(hereinafter the "Grantor") to Loan Mountain Investments Sub-REIT LLC (hereinafter the "Grantee"), dated October 2, 2024, and recorded October 4, 2024, in Deed Book 68291, beginning at Page 399, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia ("Security Deed"), originally having been given to secure a Note in the amount of $1,216,800.00, will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Fulton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in MAY 2026 (May 5, 2026), the property described in said deed, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 1273 of the 2nd District, 2nd Section, Fulton County, Georgia, being Lot 8, Block A, Michaela Woods Subdivision (also known as Weatherwood Subdivision), according to plat recorded at Plat Book 103, Page 60, Fulton County records, which plat is hereby incorporated herein by reference thereto for a more complete description.
