By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from A K 5 STAR FAMILY, LLC to RAJINDER KAUR dated November 8, 2021, and recorded on December 30, 2021, in Deed Book 1162, Page 413 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Crisp County, Georgia, said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure that certain Promissory Note dated November 8, 2021, between A K 5 STAR FAMILY, LLC and RAJINDER KAUR, in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars, ($541,000) with interest at the rates specified therein, as well as all extensions, renewals, and modifications thereof, together with any and all other indebtedness of any type or description then or thereafter owing by A K 5 STAR FAMILY, LLC, there is due to be sold at public sale by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, before the courthouse doors at Cordele, Crisp County, Georgia, (or such other area
