gpn11 hdh1646 Hdh1646 gpn11 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF HENRY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from BRANDON EDWARD MCGEE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR BROKER SOLUTIONS, INC., DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, dated December 29, 2022, and recorded, on January 9, 2023, in Deed Book 19236, at Page 1094, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Henry County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Four Hundred Sixty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Sixty-Seven and no/100 Dollars ($461,467.00), with interest thereon as provided therein, as last transferred to NEW AMERICAN FUNDING LLC F/K/A BROKER SOLUTIONS INC.
