PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF SUMTER NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION PURSUANT TO O.C.G.A §48-4-45 AND O.C.G.A §48-4-46 TO: Gregory H. Merz, any and all Heirs at Law of Gregory H. Merz, and all persons both known and unknown having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon or occupying the following described property.
