gpn11 TCT-3001 TCT-3001 GPN-11 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF CHEROKEE Pursuant to the Order of the Superior Court of Cherokee County, Georgia entered on April 8, 2025, in that certain civil action styled MidFirst Bank v. Janice A. Moo Young, et al., Civil Action File Number 24CVE1681, authorizing the foreclosure of that certain security deed executed by Janice A.
