Please take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All of that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 236 in the 26 th Land District of Sumter County, Georgia, said tract being 0.913 acres according to a plat of survey by Abb W. Preston dated April 6, 1977, and recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 185 of the records of Sumter County, Georgia and by specific references made part of this description. Herein conveyed property more particularly described as follows: Start at the point where the South line of Land Lot 236 intersects the Easterly right of way of an unpaved county road and run along said right of way North 0 degrees 03 minutes West a distance of 275.33 feet to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning continue North 03 minutes West 200 feet; thence run South 83 degr
