Adoption Case No: 25-29 PUBLICATON NOTICE It is ORDERED that a videoconference final hearing shall occur on the 25 th day of March 2026 at 1:45 p.m. before the Honorable Suzanne H. Smith. Videoconferencing is expressly allowed in Adoption Hearings per O.C.G.A. Section 19-8-18 (a) (1). Petitioners have consented to the use of videoconferencing. If a party needs a zoom link, please contact Risa Smith, 770-387-5124, for further instruction. Counsel, Petitioners and any witnesses shall familiarize themselves with Zoom and its capabilities prior to the hearing.
