Douglas County GEP-097-122 Approximately 0.32-acre tract located along James Vance Street, in Douglas County. Offered at $5,651.00 Bids must be submitted on Bid Proposal Form issued by the Georgia Department of Transportation and available only through Booker Real Estate Services, LLC, 515 East Taylor Street, Suite B, Griffin, GA 30223 The Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
