PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Community Development Block Grant Program The City of Wrens is considering applying to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs for a Community Development Block Grant of up to $1,000,000. These funds must be used to primarily benefit low- and moderate- income persons. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
