PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE PROBATE COURT OF TROUP COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA IN RE: ESTATE OF SANDRA LEE EVERINGHAM, DECEASED ESTATE NO. 2026-42-ES PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION NOTICE TO: whom it may concern: Abigale Christine Suits has petitioned to be appointed administrator of the estate of Sandra Lee Everingham deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for waiver of bond, wavier of reports, wavier of statements, and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. § 53-12-261.
