TO: Cynthia Lane O'Neal
and to whom it may concern: 
Shelby Alexander has petitioned to be appointed administrator(s) of the estate of Booby Thomas Lane, deceased of said County. All interested persons are hereby notified to show cause why said petition should not be granted.
