Sealed bids/proposals, as appropriate, are being accepted by the Board of Education for the City of Savannah and County of Chatham for the following opportunities:

(ESPLOST) Capital Projects: Program Management Services 
A Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled to be held at Capital Projects Conference Room, 3609 Hopkins Street, Savannah, Georgia 31405 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
Closing Date: 03/26/2026 at 11:00 A.M.
On the date and time noted above, bids will be publicly opened, and proposals registered. No extension of the bidding/proposal period will be made unless indicated by a written addendum. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in bids/proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Board. The Board has the right to disqualify a bid/proposal of any offeror deemed nonresponsive to the Board. The Savannah-Chatham County Board of Public Education does not discriminate in educational programs, activities, or employment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or disability.
