LE G A L N O T I C E CC NO. 169809 Request for Proposals Proposals will be received until 5:00 PM, March 18, 2026, electronically via the Bonfire portal. RFP No. 26-0022-2 Annual Contract for Concession, Custodial, & Security Services at the Tybee Pier & Pavilion. The Solicitation Package can be downloaded and printed from the County Purchasing and Contracting website https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal. A Pre-proposal Conference has been scheduled for 2:00 PM, March 3, 2026. The meeting will be at the Tybee Pier & Pavilion located at Strand Avenue and Tybrisa Street, Tybee Island, GA 31328. This will be to discuss the specifications and resolve any questions and/or misunderstanding that may arise. You are encouraged to attend. All firms requesting to do business with Chatham County must also register on-line at https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal.
