NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this Notice of Service by Publication in the matter of Clearleaf Short Alternative Fund, LLC v. Betty Ann Rigdon, Randall K. Rigdon Jimmy Rigdon, Jack G. Rigdon, and their heirs, successors, personal representatives, and/or assigns, and All the World, Civil Action No. SPCV24-00286-WA, a civil action for quiet title currently pending before the Honorable Timothy Walmsley in the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia. Said action was filed on February 27, 2024, and the Order granting Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on January 27, 2026. Pursuant to that Order, interested parties Firefly Holdings 105 Falkirk, LLC, Viola Elizabeth Sheffield, Betty Ann Rigdon, Randall Rigdon, Jack G.
