CITY OF BLOOMINGDALE VARIANCE REQUEST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bloomingdale City Council will conduct a Public Hearing Regarding a Variance request from the following petitioner: Hunt Midwest Real Estate Development, Inc. request a Variance to waive the requirements of the City of Bloomingdale Code of Ordinance, Section 52-1404 – Sidewalks. This is for the 346 acres owned by Northpoint Industrial XX, LLC. and located on Jimmy Deloach Parkway. Property is in an I-1 zoning district. PIN number is 81040 01002. SAID PUBLIC HEARING will be held before the Bloomingdale City Council on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Bloomingdale City Hall located at #8 W. US Hwy 80, Bloomingdale, Georgia beginning at or after 7:00 p.m., at which time proponents and opponents of the proposed application will be heard. Those persons needing special aid should contact the City Clerk's office at least three (3) business days before the meeting.
