NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve USSERY/RULE ARCHITECTS, P.C., a Georgia Professional Corporation with its registered office at 1804-A Frederica Road, St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522, was authorized on December 16, 2024, by action of the officers of the corporation, to fully approve the dissolution of the corporation in accordance with O.C.G.A. 14-2-1403.1(b).
