PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF SALE GEORGIA, WILCOX COUNTY. By virtue of a power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from Kerney E Hair Jr to Colony Bank dated October 21, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 299, Page 261, et seq., Wilcox County Deed Records having originally been given to secure that certain Promissory Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND and 00/100 DOLLARS ($150,000.00) of even date therewith, as well as all extensions, renewals and modifications thereof, together with any and all other indebtedness, of any type or description, then or thereafter owing by Kerney E Hair Jr to Colony Bank, there will be sold by the undersigned, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, before the courthouse door at Abbeville, Wilcox County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2026, the following described property: TRACT ONE: Twenty-five and three tenths (25.3) acres, more or less, of land
