By virtue of the power of sale contained in the DEED TO SECURE DEBT given by STONEWALK DUBLIN RPMP LLC to FIRST LAURENS BANK dated December 29, 2022, and recorded in Deed Book 3356, Page 101, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Laurens County, Ga., conveying the below-described property, to secure that certain Promissory Note given by STONEWALK DUBLIN RPMP LLC to FIRST LAURENS BANK in the original principal amount of $916,109.00 with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder before the Courthouse Door at Laurens County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in March, 2026, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land located in Land Lots 67 & 68 of the First Land District, G.M.D. 342, Laurens County, Georgia, containing 2.86 acres, more or less, and being more particularly shown on that certain plat of survey prepared by Brian T.
