Request for Bid Proposal For Professional “Single Source” Auditing Services Coastal Plain Area Equal Opportunity Authority, Inc. (CPAEOA) is a 501(c)(3) Community Action Agency seeking proposals from qualified accounting firms to perform an annual single audit of the Agency's financial statements. CPAEOA is headquartered in Valdosta, Georgia, and operates programs across ten counties in South Georgia. The Agency's projected revenue for the current fiscal year is approximately $16.8 million.
