Plaintiff, Brian Jordan (“Plaintiff”), by and through the undersigned counsel, complaining of the above-named Defendant, Eddie Dunnom (“Defendant”), would respectfully show unto this Honorable Court the following: 1. Plaintiff is a citizen and resident of Horry County, South Carolina. 2. Upon information and belief, the Defendant is a citizen resident of the State of Georgia. 3.
