PATTON NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the White County Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing at the White County Administration Building, 1235 Helen Highway in Cleveland, Georgia, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 to consider the following: Application of James Patton to redistrict property located on Tesnatee Gap Valley Road and Twin Lakes Road, Cleveland, Georgia, 30528 from A-1 Agriculture Forestry District to R-1 Residential Single Family District. Tax map and parcel 032-037E. Total acreage is 8.14. Present zoning is A-1 Agriculture Forestry District. The Planning Commission's decision will be a recommended action for the Board of Commissioners. The Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to the White County Board of Commissioners. 1c-2/19/26
