NOTICE OF PETITION TO CHANGE NAME Notice is hereby given that Elizabeth Manglona Norita, the undersigned, filed this petition in the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, on the 6th day of April 2026, praying for a change in the name of petitioner from Elizabeth Manglona Norita to Liza Norita Notice is hereby given to pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in said Court and to file objections to such name change.
