PLEASE TAKE Notice that on the 23rd day of February 2026, Kaitlyn Garrett filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Troup County, Georgia seeking a name change from Lucy Kate Garrett to Lucy Kate Blanton. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections, upon proof of publication, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
