NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE Notice is hereby given that Mount Olive Baptist Church of Evans, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation (the "Corporation"), has filed a Notice of Intent to Voluntarily Dissolve with the Georgia Secretary of State Corporate Division in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The Notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed on the date received by the Georgia Secretary of State Corporate Division. The Corporation's registered office is located in Columbia County, Georgia, and its registered agent at such address is Troy Mabery. All persons, firms, or entities having claims against the Corporation, or inquiries regarding this dissolution, are requested to present them in writing via email to: MOBCFellowship@mobcevansga.org This notice is provided to satisfy statutory requirements for publication of a Notice of Intent to Dissolve.
