This is a notification for a request for claims. All creditors must render their claims to Berman Fink Van Horn P.C., 3475 Piedmont Rd NE, Suite 1640, Atlanta, GA 30305, Attention: Ruari J. O'Sullivan with the amount and a brief description of the claim. Except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the statement of commencement of winding up or that arise after the filing of the statement of commencement of winding up, a claim against the Company not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this request. 2:20,27-2026
