TO: ALL CREDITORS AND DEBTORS OF INTEGRATED ENGINEERING CONSULTING LLC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Integrated Engineering Consulting LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Company”), with a principal office located at 100 Jane Fryer Road, LaGrange, GA 30241, has commenced proceedings to dissolve and wind up its business affairs in accordance with the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act (O.C.G.A. § 14-11-601 et seq.).
The Company is currently in the process of winding up its affairs and intends to file a Certificate of Termination with the Secretary of State of Georgia upon completion of the winding-up process.
