The City of Meigs is reporting a thru plant sewage spill for the reporting period of April 2026. April TSS & BOD5 lab results showed a weekly effluent concentrations exceeding allowable limits. The following information is provided as required by NPDES permit GA0048478. Date of spill: April 2026 Location & cause of spill: WPCP plant effluent /Plant upset Corrective action: Time for biological process to recover.
