NOTICE The Baugh Family Trust (Century Bank and Trust is Trustee), Milledgeville, Georgia; Lawren Thompson Hutchinson, Atlanta, Georgia; Lawrence N. Thompson, III, Milledgeville, Georgia; Lawrence Nathaniel Thompson, IV, Milledgeville, Georgia; Patricia B. Thompson, Milledgeville, Georgia; Timothy Hagan Thompson, Atlanta, Georgia; and Lillian Alexandria Thompson Waddell, Milledgeville, Georgia, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain 10 percent or more of the shares, and thereby control, of Century Bancshares, Inc., Milledgeville, Georgia. Century Bancshares, Inc. controls Century Bank and Trust, Milledgeville, Georgia. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, 1000 Peachtree Street N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30309-4470.
