NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A CORPORATION Notice is given that a notice of intent to dissolve CANCER SUPPORT PROJECT, INC., a Georgia nonprofit corporation with its registered office located at 455 Sea Island Road, St. Simons Island, Georgia, 31522, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code (the "Code"). Pursuant to Section 14-3-1408 of the Code, persons with claims against the corporation must send a written notice of claim to the corporation at its registered office address as set forth herein. The claim shall set forth, with specificity, the date the claim was incurred, the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim and any and all other information relevant or necessary in order for the corporation to determine the validity of the claim. Further, except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of the Notice of Intent to Dissolve, or that arise after the filing of the Notice of Intent to Dissolve, a claim against the corporation not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after publication of this notice.
