To: TAMMY KELLEY, WHEREABOUTS UNKNOWN and to any and all interested persons:
You are hereby notified that MELISSA ANN GARLINGTON as the duly appointed ADMINISTRATRIX ofthe Estate of DONALD CHARLES SOULE has filed a Petition to Contest the Validity of a Creditor's Claim pursuant to O.C.G.A. 53-7-41 and related provisions, asserting that the claim you submitted on or about NOVEMBER 3, 2025 is invalid, unenforceable, or otherwise not properly chargeable against the estate.
The petition seeks a judicial determination that the claim is not owed and should be disallowed in whole or in part.
This is therefore to cite and summon you to appear before the Probate Court of Richmond, State of Georgia, located at 735 James Brown Blvd., Suite 1000, Augusta, Georgia 30901 and file any objection or response to the petition within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this Notice, as required by O.C.G.A. 53-11-4.
If you fail to file a timely objection, the Court may enter an order disallowing the claim without further notice and granting the relief requested by the Petitioner.
