PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO DEBTORS AND CREDITORS Patricia Thornton Joiner, Executor of the Estate of Patricia P. Thornton, hereby gives notice under Section 53-7-41 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to all creditors and claimants of the above-named decedent's estate to render in an account of their demands, properly attested, to said Executor.
