PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE PROBATE COURT OF TROUP COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA IN RE: ESTATE OF PAUL RICHARD HARRELL, DECEASED ESTATE NO. 2026-132-ES PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION NOTICE TO: whom it may concern: Nicole Headrick has petitioned for Nicole Headrick to be appointed administrator of the estate of Paul Richard Harrell deceased, of said County. The petitioner has also applied for wavier of bond, wavier of reports, wavier of statements, and/or grant of certain powers contained in O.C.G.A. § 53-12-261.
