P2024-4866 NOTICE The Petition of Laura Lynne Carr, Administrator of the Estate of ROSE ELLEN BUSH, deceased, for Leave to Sell Property and Inventory in the above-referenced estate having been duly filed, TO: ROSE ANN DURHAM This is to notify you to file an objection if there is any, to the above referenced petition and inventory, in this Court on or before May 11, 2026. All objections to the petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be sworn to before a notary public or before a probate court clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your objections, unless you qualify as an indigent party.
