PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE City of Harlem, Georgia The public is hereby notified that the City of Harlem Historic Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on the following item: 1. COA-2026-5-1. Request from Ms. Nannette Baecher for the Construction of an Outbuilding, Harlem, GA 30814/ Parcel H03 097. Said property is bound to the south by Mr. Thomas Stovall; said property is bound to the north by Ms. Sinda Kruger; said property is bound to the east by Ms. Karen Dyer, Mr. Anthony Baecher & Ms. Angelia Kniphfer; said property is bound to the west by Mr. Kerry Olmstead & Lilian and David Deckert. The public hearing on this item will be held at 6:30PM at the Harlem Public Safety Building, located at 110 W. Milledgeville Rd, Harlem, GA 30814 on Thursday, May 14, 2026.
